Middleweight Project Manager
Purpose of the role
The role will primarily be involved with delivering and managing multiple projects and work streams in order to facilitate the client and brand objectives. This will include a variety of campaign orientated project across both offline and online channels. It will contain some client facing activities as well liaising with the respected teams internally to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.We want people who are initially more than happy to get their hands dirty and will be able to take briefs and deliver fantastic integrated solutions within time and budget.
We don't want conventional silo-ed thinkers or silo-ed talent, we want collaborators and co-creators. People who reach out beyond their core skill, because they believe the way we engage with people today is more complex and exciting than any single channel... and they love it.

Responsibility
• Managing project deliverables and timings. This may include closing job numbers on certain project.
• Being ultimately accountable for project delivery within the requirements of that project.
• Control over project budget (not strategic or AH budgets) and inputting project estimates into Paprika.
• Managing risk and raising issues when necessary however must be able to find solutions to problems initially.
• Ensure internal team’s coordination and management to meet project delivery deadlines.
• Ensure integration and management of third party agencies/suppliers.
• Management of client requirements, objectives and expectations on projects.
• Maintain and develop highest standards of client relationships and client engagement once a project has started.
• Ensure clients receive quality regular updates & reports showing project plans.
Experience we are looking for…
• Strong offline/production project management, relationship building and client facing skills.
• Strong campaign background and complete understanding of campaign processes (digital and offline).
• Strong understanding and knowledge of offline (Print, DM).
• Some understanding and knowledge of digital (Development, Testing, SEO, Social Media etc.).
• Experience with working with a variety of project methodology (Waterfall, agile etc.) and deliverables for both online and offline channels.
• Willingness to work until the task is complete.
• Be able to complete duties on time whilst maintaining a high quality service.
• Ability to work in a methodical and structured manner.
• Flexible, adaptable and positive approach.
• Ideally will have worked within a top tier agency.
• Ideally candidates will be active within social media.

Senior Frontend Developer
Purpose of the role
Frontend web developer with 5+ years’ experience with experience in native JavaScript, HTML/HTML5 and CSS2/3, mobile app development to join a vibrant and fun development team. The candidate must be able to transfer PSD to pixel-perfect HTML templates using HTML and CSS, whilst following W3C and accessibility standards.The candidate should be comfortable scoping projects from an early stage and seeing them through to delivery. We are looking for a team player, someone fun with a positive attitude and hard working with good communication skills and with a willingness to share knowledge, take ownership of projects and push the boundaries of creativity and innovation whenever possible.
Responsibilities
• Deliver best-in-class frontend code across a broad array of interactive web and mobile projects
• Develop and test across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices, including smartphones and tablets.
• Work with account management, project management and the design team and manage time across multiple projects and tasks in a deadline-driven, team environment.
• Participate in discussions with team members about technical best practices and help teams identify optimal technical solutions.Essential skills and experience
• Experienced working on user interface projects within an agency environment with a user oriented approach and good knowledge of accessibility considerations and some old school table based layout skills to apply to HTML emails.
• Excellent hands-on skills and proven industry experience writing hand-coded XHTML, HTML5, CSS and CSS3. A desire to experiment with the latest CSS3 techniques and properties. Previous experience using LESS is also expected.
• Knowledge of front-end development for mobile and previous experience building responsive layouts with and without the use of frameworks (e.g Skeleton, Foundation, LESS +)
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (OOP programming, DOM manipulation, AJAX, design patterns). You should have thorough knowledge of JQuery, but also be able to write code without the support of a library.
• Experience using Social Media API’s such as Facebook, Twitter.
• Previous experience developing Facebook apps.
