Employment rejection letters are awful to receive. But if you could 'read between the lines' and know the real reasons, they'd be even worse. We used this idea to illustrate how disabled job hunters face employment discrimination every day. As well as a gratifying response rate of 9%, we helped raise £57,538 for Scope.
